When families graduate from Brookview House they have the ability to become contributing members to our society. HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES. Brookview House provides a holistic, family-centered continuum of housing, life skills, advocacy and support services. Our housing portfolio offers transitional housing, affordable rentals, and homeownership opportunities. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS for children from 6 to 19 years old run from 2 – 6 after school and a full day (8 – 5) in the summertime. Our Child Resource Specialist develops an education plan for each child and works with parents, school staff, and social workers to promote social, emotional and academic success.
