Our diverse Board of Directors serves as the primary governors of the organization. They set policy, provide resource development, approve the budget, promote the organization and supervise the CEO.

The Executive Management Team has responsibility for the overall functioning of the organization. They carry out directives from the board of directors and staff its standing committees of Development & Fundraising, Finance, Human Resources, Board Recruitment and Real Estate.
