Governance
Our diverse Board meets 10 times a year as the primary governors of the organization. They set policy, provide resource development, approve the budget, promote the organization and supervise the Executive Director, Deborah Hughes. Click here for a list of Board members and their affiliations.
Ms. Hughes recruited and established the Executive Management Team at Brookview House which consists of the Clinical Director, Director of Development & External Relations and Director of Finance & Administration. This group has responsibility for the overall functioning of the organization. They carry out directives from the Board and staff its standing committees of Board Recruitment, Development, Finance, Human Resources, Program and Real Estate.
