COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES

Brookview House is committed to supporting all community members who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We focus on stabilization by helping community members connect to resources and programs so they can get the help they need to remain housed and employed.

Community Services Offered

Community Services are offered to any one in need in the community and include support with basic human needs and other Services. Intake and assessment activities lead to customized service plan with achievable goals for all who access Brookview’s services:

• Payments and gift cards for food, rent, security deposits, utilities, hygiene products

• Housing Search and Assistance

• Education and Job Training

• Youth Programs

• Wraparound services help moms access entitlements and other benefits;

• Referrals to daycare and early intervention programs

• Women’s Support and Safety Network
