Provide housing advocacy for all participants through a trauma-informed approach. Assist with the housing search and application process. Make referrals to appropriate agencies and programs. Provide educational programs to program participants. Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure the facilities are well maintained and meet all applicable standards, regulations, and laws.

The Student Success and Pathways Coach plays a key role in supporting students and their families as they navigate college, career, and other postsecondary opportunities.

Ensure that participants (residential and community-based) receive the highest quality of clinical services; provides supervision and training to clinical services staff, interns and volunteers.

Assist in providing clinical services to Brookview program participants both residential and community-based in individual and/or group settings. Services are delivered with empathy, patience and respect.

Provide direct care services in a school-aged after school program. Assist in the implementation of educational and behavioral individual service plans and curricula.

The Teen Coordinator oversees the ongoing development and daily operation of the Teen Visionary Program, keeping high-risk teens in school, support their pursuit of higher education and career pathways, and teach life and job-readiness skills while promoting the emotional, social, and behavioral development of all participants.

Provides substance misuse prevention services to youth, specializing in supporting youth to overcome substance misuse and supporting youth exposed to drug, alcohol, and behavioral addictions, in collaboration with schools, parents, teachers, civic organizations, faith-based groups, and other youth/community organizations.

Provides crisis intervention, advocacy, information, and referrals to residents of the City of Boston experiencing violence in their homes, community, and/or schools, with special concentration in the neighborhoods of Dorchester, Roxbury, and Mattapan. Provide crisis intervention, danger assessment, safety planning, emotional support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence.
