Tamerra Williams

Director of Youth Services

Brookview House is pleased to announce that Tamerra Williams has joined the organization as Director of Youth Services. In this role, Williams will oversee Brookview’s youth development programs which include daily afterschool programs, a summer camp program, and school vacation camps, all of which are trauma-focused and operate from a racial and social justice lens. Brookview's youth services are part of their intergenerational model, designed to break the cycles of poverty and homelessness.

With nearly a decade of experience working exclusively in youth settings, Williams joins Brookview most recently from Roca Boston where she served as Program Manager and Youth Worker supporting its mission of disrupting incarceration, poverty, and racism among young adults with histories of complex trauma and violence. Before that, Williams worked in the Boston Public School system, at Roxbury Youth Works, and Eliot Community Human Services. Williams graduated from Fisher College and resides in South Weymouth.
