Kippy Rudy
Director of Advancement
With more than 30 years of executive nonprofit experience, Kippy will oversee Brookview’s development and outreach efforts and provide greater sustainability to the organization as it works to help homeless and at-risk families break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
Kippy joins Brookview most recently from data science research organization, Center for Mind and Culture, in Boston where she served as Deputy Director of Operations and Chief Development Officer. Before that she has directed administration, operation, development and marketing efforts for numerous nonprofits in both Massachusetts and Maine, notably The Brookline Community Foundation and VSA arts of Maine where she worked to create pathways for financial independence for adults and children with disabilities. Kippy’s career has been dedicated to helping advance nonprofits committed to equity and inclusion.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Drew University in Madison, NJ.
